MKS Simple Escapes AOL and MKS Simple Escapes are scamming innocent people Florida

My parents discovered a charge for 134.95(unfortunately after the 90 day statute of limitations on credit cards) from MKS Simple Escapes on their debit card. The only other charges they allow on there is their monthly AOL charge and their long distance which was arranged by AOL. They did not sign up for this program and did not give their credit card over the phone.

As stated in other complaints, AOL was of no help when called on the carpet about this. How can we stop this company? My parents are seniors and cannot afford the charge nor the aggravation. I will be canceling both my AOL account and my parents. As for MKS Simple Escapes, I managed to get a partial credit for them, but not all of it.
