MKS Simple Escapes Fraudulent Unauthorized Charge To My Debit Card Rip Off Omaha Nebraska

I was checking my bank statement and saw a charge on there for 134.95. I had absolutely no idea what this charge was for. I called the toll free number to inquire what it was for.

Once I got someone a woman named Joy went into a sales presentation. I asked her why she was trying to sell me this when they already charged my account. She said it was a free trial and it was just a hold.

I told here repeatedly that I did not authorize this and I did not want it. She continued with the benfits of having this discount travel package. All the while I kept saying that I did not want it. Finally she told me that she would cancel the membership and credit my account.

I contacted my bank to let them know what happened and that I would let them know if I did not receive credit from this company. I also requested another card.
