My phone was stolen, phone was clipped to bag, i was no less than ten feet with a friend sitting right next to it. two guys distracted us and stole the phone, they were very good at this, proffesionals. they refused to reimburse, saying the phone was unsecured. the phone is large and to big to put in my pocket. it is rediculous.
