Mobile Device Protection Association, LLC Failed to replace an insured cell phone per contract Boca Raton, Florida

Phone was stolen, attempted to get it back, but person in possession will not respond. Need to deactivate the phone, and get a replacement.

It was stolen from my wife, while in the powder room, at Fry's food store, 4724 N 20th St [20th St & Highland Ave], Phoenix AZ, today 6/12/2012 at about 11:00 am Arizona time. It was taken from her things while she was in a stall, by a person, unseen by her. She reported it to the store, checked lost and found in the store.

MDPA [Mobile Device Protection Association] refuses to replace the phone do to a clause UNSECURED PREMISE AND NEGLIGENT LOSS.  MDPA requires that reasonable care and control be exercised at all times. Based on the above listed exclusion, we cannot consider this Request for Service for payment.

My response was to cancel any further services with MDPA and to report them to this site.
