After sending in my phone on June 17th for a replacement screen, they updated THEIR WEBSITE with information that they needed updated ISN numbers from my phone. They sent an automatic email to me that did not contain update information, but rather just a not that I should login to check the status of my phone. What terrible communication.
After no update for several days I asked for an ETA for my phone, and they said 24-48 hours. 12 days after providing information I actually got my phone back. It was repaired properly, but I was without my phone for 15 days.
Compared to other phone insrance companies that ship a phone overnight to you, and ask that you ship the old phone back AFTER you have a replacement, this is terrible service.
You make your decision if you should do business with them, or choose another plan.
