Monarch Computer Systems False Advertising Tucker Georgia

Purchased 2 Western Digital hard drives from this dealer due to the advertised product warranty. Dealer advertised a 3 year manufacturer's warranty on product. I have a screen shot of ad. Received product included no warranty information.

When I entered the hard drive serial numbers on Western Digital web site under warranty check for all sections Western Digital return the message "Not Applicable, No Limited Warrenty". Dealer said during first contact they would "Research the Issue". During this call I just requested warranty documentation.

Since then, after two more calls and letters (one certified mail and sign by Chris Garrett on 3/10/03), I have received no responses from dealer. Since there is a good possibility these drives are counterfeit I asked in my last letter to dealer that dealer replace drives with drives of the same specification that have a 3 year warranty from any major drive manufacturer.

Dealer has failed to respond to any of my follow up status requests.
