morgan exteriors broke contract lutz fl Florida

had a rep from morgan exteriors come to our house for a quote for pgt impact french doors.After we told him what kind we wanted he wrote up a quote of $6700+ not including permit.We were honest and told him his was much higher than the ones we had already(3 between$4156-4500) He asked if he could see them because he thought they must have been a inferior door.All of them were infact the exact door! So he said he would call the owner as he was sure he would match the price or beat the price of the lowest one.($4156) Sure enough he said it would be $4000 so we signed the contract and made arrangements for financing.He gave us the contract and shook hands and gave us a folder with the words on the front"WELCOME TO THE MORGAN FAMILY".The rep said he would bring us the proper finance papers to sign in a few days.That was Friday April 27th.to day he called to cancel the contract.He told me Mr. Morgan said it was because he deceided he (Kirk Morgan) wouldn't make enough money! This is no way to do business.I guess a man's word and handshake meam anything in this day and age!
