 This company sent me a letter stating that it was an immediate response that I contacted them I called them and they gave me a quote for a extended warranty program I've been stated that I needed to run those numbers past my wife and that I will contact them right back the gentleman said that my car was high risk because of the miles and that once the conversation ended that I was unable to call back I told him that I just needed to run those numbers past my wife and she worked at a place where she was unable to get phone calls other than a emergency and the way he talked made it seem like my car was going to blow up once our conversation ended just rude I told him know that I was no longer interested in their service he told me that he understands that I'm broke and that I have to get approval from my wife but my coverage in the car was most important here I asked to speak to his boss I was denied five times he continued to tell me I was having financial problems and that I was not strong enough to make that type of decision as far as down payment on my own I stated that's not the issue here.. they continue to tell me that I'm struggling and that it was very stupid to pass up on this offer to override my wife decision Etc event asked to speak to his boss for the 6th time really speaking out of tone and got someone who sounded younger than him I do not remember names but he was just as rude as the first guy I hung up and started my own investigation about this company and it landed me here
