MR EXTERIORS, INC. was contracted to paint my house with a special paint called TEX-COTE. The following year the paint started to peel-off, fade and crack. When I call the owner of the company MICHAEL ROSEN, told me that he could fix the front of the house only. From then and on he was showing up every two years to tell me a bunch of bullcrap. When I decided to take the case to court the judge sided with him, because of the warranty on labor, which is 4 years, but the paint is life time warranty.

Since I needed 3 estimates, I contacted other companies. They found that the peeling-off, cracking and fading was because, the old paint nedded to be sandblasted in other words to be removed, cracks to be fixed, primer to used and another layer of some kind of glue to be sprayed. Nothing like this was done. This company just sprayed the new paint over the old one. I was told that this kind of job takes between 7 to 10 days to be completed. This guy did it in one day.

As I said before, I took this guy to court, but for the statuory limitations I lost the case. This guy is not using all the material supposed to be used in this kind of job, he is just cutting corners to save money, and ripping off people who do not know too much about this kind of paint TEX-COTE. Now, all my house looks like a puzzle with all the peel-off, cracking, and fading.

BE AWARE of this company, is a "GHOST COMPANY", handled from home, the company exist only by name. There is no office or physical buiding where you can make or sign a contract.
