Mr. Exteriors, Inc. Home was painted with Tex-Cote, and at the following year started to crack peeling and fading. Granada Hills, California

After a "demostration" about this paint could do. I decided to contract this company(Mr. Exteriors).
The whole house was painted in one day,"amazing". But, the following year the paint started to crack, fade and peel-off. I called the company, and the made only two or three patches. Then,
the following year started the same but in all parts of the house. I called this company, and they
said that only the front was going to be repainted that happended in 2010, We are in 2012 and
they refuse to fix the whole problem, they want to charge again for labor, citing that they did a good job and do not know why the paint is cracking and peeling-off. What I noticed is that they did not removed the old paint and did not applied a primer. They just put the Tex-Cote over the old paint. By the way, if you look at the old paint You will see that is still in a good shape, not like the Tex-Cote. Help is appreciated.
