Mr. Tire $500 Damage caused by Mr Tire, parent company Monro Muffler failed to resolve this Niagara Falls New York

I would like to complain about the 2 tires installed and road forced balanced at Mr Tire 1715 Military Road, Invoice #104873. Problems are as follows: 1) the agreed price was $26.99, but was charged at completion of the job to $56.14, even though they had a $19.99 special to rotate and balance all 4 tires; 2) the installed tires were not balanced properly and vibrate at highway speeds.... when I returned to Toronto I went to a local shop who quickly showed me that there were no weights added to balance the tire... 3) also both rims were cleaned of the grease that was applied at Mr Tire to obviously hide the damage to the rims from the install. Very Disappointing!!!!!, and now I'll have to spend extra to have wheels balanced, and rims repaired.
