MRI Lets Take Action Middlesex Internet

Following my recent report on here regarding MRI, DCC and Solutions Overseas - I was emailed by Darragh MacAnthony.

Well - he signed the email, but I doubt if it was from him personally. It was probably written by one of his puppets!

I was suprised and shocked to receive 'his' email, as after numerous attempts to contact anybody at MRI, I should now heare from the 'Big Man' in person?

Mr MacAnthony kindly informed me to beward of certain companies who are scamming innocent people out of their hard earned cash and savings.

Well - after I fell off my chair crying with laughter, I composed myself, and contemplated my reply.

Has Mr MacAnthony heard of the term 'Pot, kettle, black'?

* My friend and I purchased two off-plan properties in early 2007. We bought with the mind to re-sell on completion. We were told that this would not be a problem and that MRI dealt with re-sales and would be with us every step of the way.

This however is not the case. Apparently MRI does not deal with re-sales anymore as there has been a policy' change due to the current Global Financial Climate.

We can appreciate that this has had a knock on effect on everybody, but we are still clients of MRI, and we invested good hard earned cash to carry out this purchase, but we feel let down by the MRI and the patter' we were given. I am sure that MRI could have re-sold our properties and not lost out on any monies.

* We were then asked if we wanted to purchase furniture packages at quite a high price.

This we did not want to do, as it was a lot of money, and we wanted to sell the properties, and we have since discovered that many investors, who actually purchased the furniture packages, have not received the goods.

* As we were not receiving any updates or return correspondence, I decided to apply to MRI as an interested new' investor.

Imagine my surprise when it was a representative from a company called DCC who followed up my enquiry.

On questioning this, I was told by the rep that it was very strange and he did not know how it could have possibly happened. How I laughed! I know exactly how it happened. How can you write to one company and get a reply from another? It must be the same company. This of course is denied vehemently, but I know it not to be the case.

* We were then contacted by Solutions Overseas, who very nicely informed us that they could carry out our snagging list' and industrial clean for a fee. We informed them that we had already paid out for this with MRI, but they were not helpful and just told us to take it up with MRI. Errrrm we would if we could contact them!!!!

* To add to all of this, our mortgage repayments on the properties have doubled because of exchange rates and the falling pound. This of course is not the fault of MRI, but it does not help with all of the other issues.

Again, I stress that we appreciate the Financial Global Climate is affecting everybody, but it affects us little people' more than it does MRI and yourself personally a man worth a staggering 68 million or probably more now.

I am sorry if I sound slightly agitated, but this whole experience was to create some sort of investment for my and others futures, but it has only left a bitter taste in my mouth, as well as endless sleepless nights and being ill to boot. But I am sure this will not worry you.

So, with all of this in mind, I would love to hear from you again, to sort out our problems and REAL concerns.

I don't think for one minute that you wrote to me yourself, but I was in shock to get any form of correspondence at all after so long.

My friend and I invested our savings with you. Some of my money was a present' from my father and that has upset me more than anything. And you should know better than anyone how that feels, because on of your ten commandments' states how important family is.

I am sure this will fall on deaf ears. But you will be made accountable. How do you sleep at night, knowing that so many investors are not facing a bright future. You must read all of the bad reports about you and if none of it affects you in any way or makes you realise what you have done. Your greed for wealth has taken your heart.

You also donate to cancer charities. This makes you look good in the media, and takes the emphasis off the crook' that you are. I work in a cancer unit, and see brave people everyday, who are fighting a losing battle. And yet people like you just swan around climbing the Rich List' ladder, and you don't care who you trample on to get there.

You (or one of your puppets), are probably sitting there, reading and laughing at my mail.

This would not surprise me.

My friend and I just want our 60k back. I am sure this would be just a drop in the ocean for you.

I have not had the best three years. I lost my dear mother, I have had 4 operations in 2 and half years, and I know face the future not able to have children, as I had a disease. So, now investing in a dead' property scheme is just the final nail in the coffin for me.

I doubt if I will get a response, and if he did, he would probably just say You invested with and knew the terms and conidtions'. That is great when the terms and conditions' don't change!!!

To all you poor people out there who have been scammed by MRI, DCC and Overseas Solutions

We need to get together and fight to re-coupe all or some of our money!

I would like to hear from anybody who can help.

I spend all the time i can researching Property Lawyers, especially No win No fee ones - but i cant do this alone.

I know that many of you do research too - but as a group - we stand a better chance.
