MWI SIMPLE ESCAPES2 ripoff Connecticut

I found MWI SIMPLE ESCAPES2 had charged me twice on my credit card, each $9.95. One charge was made on January 19, 2004 and the other Feb 17, 2004. First thing I did is searching for this company on Internet. I found some other people were falsely charged by this company, too. I made a phone call to the company at 1-877-836-6903, a representive asked me for my names, zip and home address. I told him they should refund me the charges, then he transferred my call to billing department. Another guy answered my call and told me a credit of $9.95 would go to my credit accoun within 2 - 5 days. I told him that they charged me twice, and he finally told me two credits would go to my account. I will check my credit card account in the next days to see if they really refund me.
