I recently purchased a 50cc moped for my grandson's birthday from mxmotorsports. We got the moped and the body was cracked on the lower left side in the front. We then got insurance on the moped, as we did not want anything to happen to it. I went up to the DMV with my grandson, and they said that this company is not liscensed to sell vehicles in Connecticut.
We tried to contact the company, and they still will not answer our phone calls or e-mails. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company. that is pending. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau.
I would honestly like to keep the moped and get it registered with the DMV. I really hope I can get this resolved. I think this company should not be allowed to sell products in this country!

Your story is just like mine. About a moped guy.. selling them.
Check this out.
There is this guy George Merriweather.. he works for a company called moped medic, claims he's a doctor but can't provide any legal documents to prove he has that ability.. .. he works for this company. A restraining order was put on him because he was sending sexual and stating to perform sexual assault on a former customer... He has several complaints against him on Ripoff report or this company he works for.. .. more than one .. that's pretty bad.
