My life They charge your credit card even if you already cansel the service. Internet

They charged my card after i cansel wish now i am fighting!! first they tell you that there is a lot of people outthere looking for you. not that they are looking for people with the same name, but for you to check and contact you have to pay for that service, and when you find out that is not true about the people" searching for you"  you cansel and then you think is over next thing you know they are still charging your credit card.  It's some kind of bait & switch scam, when you call to get answers they tell you that they are going to cansel and, and then they charge your card again.
