I got mixed up into this payday loan mess too. The way I dealt with them can be a little more than what you're willing to do, but I got tired of them taking unnecessary fees out of my account so I closed the account and opened up another one with a different bank. Now they keep calling me so it's my turn to ignore their calls!

I am also a victim of cash now as well, I never opened up any account with them. They had my social security number as well as my bank account number. I immediatley closed my account and opened a new one. It was horrible. I have to obtain my credit report to see the status of what is going on. I will not pay for anything that I did not apply for. If you have any resolution to your situation as well I hope you can post and we can get some answers.
