I recieved a call from a man stating he was calling in regards to Cash advance.com, and he asked me to take note of a case number of pending fraud charges against me for a cash advance i recieved and upon them trying to depit my account, the account was closed.  He proceeded to give me the case number SMRN9381938. He read an affidavit to me with three charges against me and informed me that if i did not pay the $383.65, then the court would charge me about 4-$5,000 in court fees.  I hung up with him and immediately called my bank and they informed me that no one deposited $300 into my account.  I called the number back from "cash advance.com back - 1786-233-3137, and the same man answered, and I informed him to either call my bank and confirm this information, or to give me a fax number, and i would fax him proof, his tone changed with me and he raised his voice to me and stated that I must pay them, or I would be going to my local court on fraud charges.  I asked him to give me a direct number to the cash advance location and he informed me that they no longer want to deal with there cliets regarding this matter, and this is why they "as the law firm" were calling. I hung up, and googled the website and i came upon many stories regarding this being a fraud-  I just realized I was just about to get scammed.  The thought of anything going against my record and me having to go to a court process scared me.. and therefore I probably would have paid the $383.65 to get them off my back! dont fall for this,, call your bank, first and formost!

This is a fraud scam. Do not respond or waste your breath on these people. They continue to change numbers They have a very.strong "Indian slag" to their speech.. Beware. If you get a call from this number report them .. Do not send them any monies or ever give out your information on line. contact the company your trying to get a hold of directly. This person will tell you they are from a law firm. They will same you will go to jail. They will say they will contact your job. If you are contacted by this fraud number tell them you know they are a fraud number and they wont contact you again. Tell them to stick it..
