I had the opposite experience about this site then the other 2 I read. I ordered 2 Breaking Bad T-shirts on their site right after the show ended in Sept. Took about 1 month but got a response that my card was declined. I thought that was strange because it is a good card. Their response stated that my order was automatically cancelled, and if i still wanted to buy the merchandise, I had to re-order. So I re-ordered, used a different card. So FINALLY (as it was November) I came home from work and found a box at my front door. My 2 t-shirts!! (very late, but delivered)!
The next day, I came from work, and ANOTHER box was delivered with 2 more T-shirts!!!! Now I was charged $51.94 on 2 different cards!!! They have not answered my Several emails after that. Finally I got an email that stated there was a glitch in their system and they saw that I was double-shipped and charged for 2 separate orders and to use the attached UPS return label to return the second order - which I never opened and would have been Happy to return for my refund of the second order. EXCEPT there was NO attached UPS label! I have now emailed them 5 times to respond to that to No Avail!
They have over $100 of my money for being double-charged and since I used my debit card for the last order, I have bounced a check - thankfully, a call to my bank cancelled an overdraft charge! I cannot afford this at all. $51.94 ok but not over $102.00.
This company needs to be reported by you - and also TV Chan.nel AMC needs to stop using this company to sell their merchandise on the AMC channel website ASAP! It is bad for their reputation as well!
