Myshoestore.com - Lord Johns Footwear are liars and don't refund your money Hampton New Hampshire

my husband order a pair of shoes from myshoestore.com on 1/31/2008. He found out on 2/22/2008 by email that the order was cancelled due to the fact that they didn't have the shoes. In the email he was promised a refund to our credit card within 30 days.

We have still not received a refund. I have called numerous times, been put on hold forever, been promised a refund within 7 days, and once even given a date of refund. and then sent to a voice mail. I have sent numerous emails and have received no response.

LordJohnsFootwear.com (My Shoe Store, Inc.) is a ripp-off. They are liars, and their web-site and employees states many promises that they do not fullfill.
