First off i would like to say, IF you signed up for myspace you need to set ur options not to recieve emails to your personal email account, there isnt much you can do about people emailng you on myspace, other then blocking certian people. Futhermore, I have been a memeber of myspace for two years now, have my options set that i do not need informed when there is a new message, post etc. I will look myself. I dont know what you so pissed about set your options, or delete your account. You get spam everywhere in any email. YOu can physically mark each message you recieve as SPAM OR BLOCK USER dont you see that in the corner, or each message? or didnt you bother to open it up to see if you can even do that ? If you emailed TOM from myspace ( he is the owner) it takes some time for him to get back to you. he is busy. Look at all the good stuff he has done on that site, he has gotten the names of convicted sexual preditors and have begun to weed them out. He has made it safer for children under the age of 18 to be on there, he has even tried many times (if you read his messages on your home page) to get the spammers stopped, it works for awhile and they are right back, There is only so much he can do on his own. BE patient.

Secondly, If you did not sign up for myspace, find a toll free number to call and complain that someone some where has used your email to set up an account and it wasnt you. That might work faster then trying to wait on tom or any of his workers to respond to you about this.

Thirdly, There are other sites like myspace. if your not happy with it. LJust type in social networking websites in the search bar of your choice,

dont go bad mouthing a company if you havent tried every way possible to make things work.
