My daughter and I applied for insurance with this company and both were denied coverage. I thought that would be the end of their charges but it was not.

I made the mistake of giving them voided checks for both my daughter & myself so the insurance premium could be automatically deducted from my account monthly.

Even though we were both denied coverage, they continued to withdraw funds monthly for my daughter, $52.00, and myself, $40.00, monthly.

I was in the process of selling my home in Texas & relocating to Oklahoma and was working from another bank account for nine months. During this time they were making monthly draws from an account that I believed to be idle. I realize I should have checked it monthly, but felt secure that there was no activity since I was not writing checks.

When I discovered that they were charging us for being a "member" even though we had no insurance coverage from them, I called immediately and requested they stop the withdrawals and refund all monies since I nor my daughter had never used their "services" and had not applied for "membership" in anything, we had only applied for insurance......

I was told the draws would stop the following month, but would not be refunded since I had (unknowingly) signed a "membership form" when applying for insuance. They somehow "manage" to have mounds of paperwork for you when you apply for insurance.

Why would anyone want to be a "member" when coverage was denied??? What purpose would that serve other than to enable them to charge you...

Watch this company very closely, better yet....RUN from this company. Their standard practice seems to be to use hidden charges, false representation of services, and extremely BAD business practices to hit the general public for something they do not want and unknowingly was lead into applying for.

If their insurance is as underhanded as their general business practices, I feel fortunate that I was declined insurance.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM....THEY ARE DISHONEST, but have protected themselves well in order to get away with it.
