Nation Wide Home Warranty Run as fast as you can from this company!! Do not give them your money!! New York New York

You get what you pay for. Unfortunately I did not look at rip off report until after I had purchased a home warranty from this company. Everything that everyone has reported here is true. My a/c broke, 4 days later still no phone call from the company, I called the company they said no claim was made! Someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours, I explained to them that it is in Florida and could not go another day without air, they told me that, that was not their problem! I ended up paying my own contractor to fix the unit. 3 days ago I called for service for my toilet leaking and when I called back again today, once again they said no service call was made!! So now I am calling my own plumber to fix it.

I do not understand why this company is still in business! Something needs to be done. It is total fraud. If any lawyers would like to file a class action law suit please count me in.

For the consumers out their I hope my experience will keep you from giving them your money, I have lost close to $680 dollars with them, which includes my yearly contract, which of course they won't let me cancel plus the contractors that I have paid for myself. the reason I went with them is that they were cheaper than my other home warranty service which was Old Republic. You get what you pay for. Old Republic replaced my entire a/c unit on one of my properties no questions ask! They are very nice and not rude. I am calling them back today to renew my contract with them, should of never left. I hope everyone can learn from my mistake as I have, please do not give nationwide any money, we need to put them out of business so no one else gets ripped off.
