National Foreclosure Solutions advertises that they are the provider of foreclosure defense services to attorneys all over the country. Their website advertises for affiliates that would like to sign on to offer their services to the public, which I did. The service that I advertised the most related to postponing foreclosure sales, reversing foreclosures, and eviction defense. They charged me, the affiliate, for the service upfront. I would therefore collect the money for the service upfront from my clients. I was then required to deposit cash to their account at US Bank.

First of all, they never once stopped a foreclosure using the "legal motions" that they supposedly sent. However, they did file bankruptcy to stop one foreclosure. In the three other files that I sent to them, the foreclosures took place and the clients elected to accept our Wrongful Foreclosure Reversal service along with our Eviction Defense service, which costs about $4000. They never successfully reversed any of the foreclosures before I found out they were scam artists. The worse case involved a woman in North Carolina being evicted from her home, along with her 2 year old daughter and her grandmother. They were put out of their home, and rendered homeless, without prior notice because I assured them, based upon my assurances from Daniel Sweeny of National Foreclosure Solutions, that everything would be fine. On that day I called them at least 15 times and emailed them all day with no response. In fact, I hadn't received any responses from them at all in the past week. To date I still haven't heard from them.

I called the FBI. They told me to report it to the FTC, which I will do on Monday, June 16, 2014. I have two other pending files that will, unfortunately, have the same ending unless they get help from a legitimate source.

I have another file involving foreclosure postponement and loan modification that Daniel Sweeny of National Foreclosure Solutions was supposed to be taking care of. The clients foreclosure date is a couple of days from now and, unfortunately, his case will turn out the same way if he doesn't get some legitimate help.

National Foreclosure Solutions has collected about $9000 from these pending cases and has run off with the money, along with money they have collected from other victims.
