This is a real scam operation run by Lee Schneider the rip-off artist from Same Day Bath Corp in NY. He takes $3,000 from homeowners in trouble to help them with their mortgages under the false pretense that it is a law firm and then does not do anything more than what they could do themselves or get a non-profit agency to do for free .

Most of the time he does nothing at all except keep the money himself until people complain about a lack of results and never wants to give them a refund even though they were promised one if he fails to help them.People have lost their homes and one of his salesmen was even arrested because he did nothing for the client, but he keeps on going.

His salesmen lie to everyone and tell them that the lawyers are doing all the work and their money will stay in an escrow until the modification is done but the money stays in Schneider's pockets instead. The lawyers are just a front for him and never do anything.

There is nothing this company can do for people that they cannot do themselves and probably do better. Save your money before Schneider gets it and laughs all the way to the bank.

This is a real scam operation run by Lee Schneider the rip-off artist from Same Day Bath Corp in NY. They go under a bunch of different names like NFS, NFSAmerica, Everest Management Solutions, National Foreclosure Solutions, NFS America, Dean Weber P.C., Craig Heller P.C. He takes $3,000 from homeowners in trouble to help them with their mortgages under the false pretense that it is a law firm and then does not do anything more than what they could do themselves or get a non-profit agency to do for free .  Most of the time he does nothing at all except keep the money himself until people complain about a lack of results and never wants to give them a refund even though they were promised one if he fails to help them.People have lost their homes and one of his salesmen was even arrested because they did nothing for the client, but they keep on going.

I am so glad I went here to check this outfit's reputation. I have spoken to several "councilor's" over the last month or so. I checked out the merchant circle comments about the Same Day Bath Company and The Schneider guy the original person mentioned. His Name is Lee Schneider. If you just google search Same Day Bath Lee Schneider you can find what I did. Seems this guy was in the Bathroom business before mortgages. Thats a stretch isn't it? From what I can put together he riped off his customers there too, and the employee's! How is this character not in jail already? It says on the Merchant circle from a former employee he committed insurance and tax fraud!

Thank God that I looked here before scheduling an appointment for a person to come to my house and collect all of my personal documents, and a check for the service! I can only imagine what they could do with it! I can only pray that the people who have given this company money can get it back, and don't lose their home's. I live in Michigan, but anyone in the area should organize a picket or rally, or something to bring attention to this low life scam artist. They even mention his home address in the other reports, and if you look at the rest of the google sites he is even fighting with his neighbors doing illegal construction, and having tenants in his home illegally at the address mentioned in the report. I also found tax issues with the building where the bathroom company was. Seems it mysteriously burned down. I wounder if he had anything to do with the fire? He probably got lots of money from the insurance too!
