Be very careful when purchasing properties from this company as the value of the land does not nearly match the price.

We have a problem trying to sell property in Hot Springs Village We were going to retire there, but can no longer do it because of family changes--so we tried to sell and we were told this land does not have the value we paid.

We have paid over $3,500.00 into this property already -- the original price was $12,000. Our Sales agent told us we would not have a problem selling it if we decided we could not make this move.

We were lied to, and now we find out our property is only worth less than we have already paid into it.

We need help or advice.
