National Retail Supply SCAMS AND HARASSES EMPLOYEES, SENDS YOU STUFF YOU NEVER ORDERED THEN WANTS YOU TO PAY FOR IT. Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

This company called, "National Retail Supply", a company that we are in some way associated with and bought our info from them. We had a temp in our dental office the day this lady called (Brandy), and she starts talking to her about paper for our credit card terminal. She makes it sound like all she needed was her name. So our temp gives it to her. Later that we week, we receive a box of terminal paper (12 rolls) and a bill for $197!

Well I call this company to tell them we did NOT order this and I'd like to return it. They say I have to pay a $60 restocking fee (FOR SOMETHING I NEVER ORDERED). So I send it back anyways, and they reject the shipment and send it back. I call again and inform them that the temp (who's attention they put the shipment too) does not work here and would never in any way be authorized to make a purchase for this office. They say they have a recording or her ordering...So I ask to listen to it...He gets the recording.

NRS: "Hello, this is XXXX from NRS calling about your order."
Temp: "ok"
NRS: " What is your name?"
Temp:" Marilyn"
Ok :" You should receive your order is ___days and a bill ten days later"

So I ask how they got the address, they said they get information from various companies. So I say look, you have no way to collect this money, and I have no intention of paying for something I never purchased. They refurse to return it unless I pay "restocking fee"
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They are impossible to locate and extremely difficult and rude. COMPLETE SCAM!
