From June until July my bills doubled!!!! Then last month, my bill went up another 33%!!!! I am outraged at these costs and, despite three contacts with "customer service," have received no explanation!! I am paying nearly $90 for a 600 sq.foot apartment! This is crazy!!!!!

What a rip off

AUTHOR: Steve, Orange County, Ca - (U.S.A.)

What you are dealing with here is essentially legal socialism. You are being charged for your "fair share" and not how much you actually consume. The apartment complex is passing "their" losses onto you. I personally would leave any complex that practices this form of business.
