Told you all I would update my story when I found out more, well here you go. The company only refunded 1/2 the money they took without my knowledge. After calling their customer service AGAIN, they stated they would be happy to send a check for 2 of the 3 refunds I was owed. After telling them I am expecting all 3 and pressuring them a little they said I could expect my refund in 10-14 business days. By check this time. They said 3 of my 6 refunds "failed to go through". Why 3 would go through and 3 wouldn't is beyond me, other than they thought I may not notice or give up. No such luck. The customer service # is 1800-560-6726. Be sure to get a refund code. It made it much easier to track down my refunds with them. Screw these people! I urge all of you who fall victim to these creeps to keep after them. I'm convinced they make you jump through their hoops hoping you will give up on getting back your money. Good luck all! I'll let you know what happens with my next refund.
