NBS*PROSHOPFIT Charged my Visa account for something that I have no idea what - 3 times. Internet, California

I had ordered a sample product from a Company and when it came in the mail another product was sent with it.  I had received NO PAPERWORK of any kind, no explanation.  Then on my Visa statement I had a $19.95 charge.  I forgot to check this first charge out and on my second statement I got a second charge for $19.95.  I called the Company - NBS*PROSHOPFIT and asked what these 2 charges were for.  I never received anything from this Company and I had canceled any charges from my first sample I had requested from another Company.  I was told that this Company had called me (I have an unlisted number) and E.mailed me.  I was also told that the call went to voice mail and the E.mail went to "junk mail".  I told this representative that I wanted these charges off my account and that I never ordered anything from them nor did I talk to or E.mail anyone from this Company.  I was told that they could only credit the next charge - that would make it their third $19.95 charge on my account.  I demanded that they credit my account in full and this was a RIP OFF.
