I had insurance at the time services were performed at N8 Chriopratic and Diagnostic Services Inc. neglected to auth performing services anyways telling me it was authorized.
i have never received bill from Diagnostic Services. Every time NCO sent me letter I responded advising this is in dispute. Now i find this on my Experian credit reporting. I want it off until this thing is settled.

NCO is a debt collector and that is who you are dealing with at this point, so I am confused as to why you posted in the chiropractor category.
Anyway, When obtaining medical services, ALWAYS wait until you have an authorization from your insurance, or you are legally liable for the services.
You obviously got several notices from NCO that you failed to deal with PROPERLY. Your argument is with the insurance company, and they are under no obligation to fight this battle for you. These are totally separate issues, and just because you dispute it, doesn't make it go away.
You need to go to battle with the insurance company. If you were entitled to payment for this service, you may have to sue them for it.
You need to dispute this in writing to each credit bureau. Do this by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified # on the letter itself and keep a copy for your records. Send the dispute to NCO by the same means.
Now deal with your insurance company. Ignoring something like this does not make it go away. Especially when dealing with NCO.
