NCO-MEDCLR THE NOC-MEDCLR is saying that i own them $178 dollars for some reason, one when i was in georguia and i had to go to the hospital the government pay since am active duty and ihave no idea how they got hold of my credit cards. PHILADELPHIA Georgia
