However, I've tried for over a month and continue to receive a message "we are experiencing technical problems please try again later" Nationwide

I purchased 5 vouchers with a value of $100 each to use for hotel, flight or car. Once the voucher number is activated, you select "booking" and it takes you to a webpage to enter the information. After entering the hotel or flight or car information, a message appears that they are experiencing technical difficulties and try again later.

This has happened over and over for the past month. There is no way to contact them by phone or email. I've filed 3 request for them to contact me and each time I receive an email reply that someone will contact me in 24-72 hours. No one contacts me by phone or email.

Apparently, this is a scam. The title on the voucher reads Specials By Restaurant.com It states that the voucher never expires and can be used anytime. I can't use it when the website "booking" is never operational and no one will contact me.
