I don't even know why I ordered something from these people after the horror stories I have heard from others. I ordered a shirt for my friend... her birthday was in mid-October, so I figured if I ordered a month in advance it should give it enough time to get there. Well it never did. One month later, I contacted the sales department and asked where my order was. They told me that the item was out of stock when I ordered (THANKS FOR TELLING ME!!!) and that it would be in stock that week and then they would rush ship it out. This was almost a month ago. I have sent a couple more emails to their customer service department demanding that they either send the item now or refund my money immediately. My poor friend's birthday was a month ago and she still hasn't gotten her present yet. DO NOT order from this company. I have heard nothing but bad things, and now have my own bad story to add to it.
