Neighborhoodies ripoff Brooklyn New York

I made a purchase through www.neighborhoodies.com on January 14, 2005 for four shirts at a total of $144.20. They informed me that it would take two weeks, due to the fact that they were bogged down during the holidays.

I gave them ample time to complete the order before contacting them on February 7, 2005, and a person named "Jol" wrote to me saying that it would be "any day now, you'll be getting a FedEx shipping number within a few days."

Since then, I've sent several e-mails, the first demanding status of the order, then further demanding either the merchandise or a full refund for the order. I received an e-mail the other day, March 15, 2005, from "Niki", stating:

"hello! I'm a brand new employee now in charge of customer service. I've been bombarded with hundreds of calls and e-mails, all of which I'm trying to get to as soon as possible. I'm looking into this order, and will contact you soon

--niki"

My response to this was:

"Niki,
Hope you're a quick study at this customer service thing. Either find my merchandise and ship it, or refund immediately. I expect to have a resolve before this weekend.

Thank you for your quick cooperation in this matter.

Dennis"

I'm finding their company practice and communication skills questionable. I've contacted them numerous times and I've received two e-mails from them, one of which, as listed above, stated that they needed to find my order, and we're talking two months later. I just want a resolve at this point.
