These idiots keep calling my house leaving automated messages for some idiot named Angel Hernandez - I've had the same phone number for almost 20 years, I'm not hispanic, nor is anyone else in my house!
Bunch of idiots - better stop this crap! Gawd forbid a REAL person ever calls and gets me on the phone - they'll hear an earful, and it won't be pretty either!
Not angel hernandez!

Two ways to get this addressed

#1. File a formal complaint with you state collection agency enforcement board - they are part of the state government and they enforce the law. They will quickly send a letter ordering these people to stop calling you. If they do not stop you can take them to small claims court.
#2. I am familiar with the dialer they use and it can be easily defeated with a Telezapper, just make you set the switch on the bottom to the failsafe mode. Once you hit that button - it will send a code to the dialer that makes it think your number is invalid and will put it on their perm DNC list.
#1 is free #2 will cost you about $20 to buy - both are effective.

okay you stated that a computer keeps dialing your number and leaving messages. I'm assuming they are leaving them on your voice mail. Ok I'll give you step by step instructions. First, pick up the phone. Second, tell them they don't live here. WOOHOO perfect you're done, christ I don't understand how insanely stupid some people can be. It's not hard, you're just lazy. If the computer is talking to you when you pick up, they connect you to a represenative shortly, just try listening.
