Okay next time you receive these calls for a person who does not live there, simply answer the phone and speak. It's not very hard at all. I'm willing to bet you've never bothered to answer the phone and even tell them that this person doesn't live there, therefor how would they know to take the number out. I work for this company and daily I get people who start yelling due to the fact of wrong numbers. I look at the notes on the accounts and guess what? Not a single person ever answered the phone until that time. Are we suppose to be psychics and know that this is a wrong number? Second of all, they use a dialer system. What that means is human's arn't dialing the numbers, it's computers then as soon as a person picks up the line, it's connected to a represenative, if an answering machine picks up then a lot of the time the computer will leave a message.
