net 10 i bought a 25.00 card to have my cell and 7 days later they shut off my cell saying i never bought one i called them and they wouldnt help me at all florida

I bought a card to have my cell and 7 days latter they shut it off i called them and they said there was no report of any card i was on the phone for 1hr and 1/2 to get my phone to work and now they say it was shut off the 12th and it wasnt shut off till the 19th i have 23 days left and 836.66 minutes left and i am unable to use it i have been with net 10 for awhile now but am thinking about going to a different carrier since this problem happened its ashame when your on a limited income for them to do this.
