Sightseeing Pass stopped working and didn't return my money Internet

Dear Sightseeing Pass Support,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had using the Sightseeing Pass. I am going to travel to NY City and I had bought two passes to use that. However, I was surprised by the pass suddenly stopped working, and I am going to be unable to access any of the attractions I had planned to visit. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through emails, I received no effective assistance.

To make matters worse, I was not offered a refund or any form of compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused by the malfunctioning pass. I paid for a service that is not going to be delivered, which is not only disappointing but also unacceptable.

I request an immediate review of my case and a full refund for the non-functional pass.

Please address this matter as soon as possible. I look forward to a prompt resolution. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue through consumer protection agencies and public reviews.
