Instacart Ripoff's Senior Citizens I have been able Instacart customer for over 5 years. I am a disabled senior citizen and I depend on the company. My experience over the years has ben denigrating in fraudulent charges by way of delivering incorrect products, spoiled produce, and defrosted items amongst other issues. They refuse to take corrective actions for their aforementioned fraudulent service as described. They used to send corrected orders back when you complained. Today, they refuse to give you a corrective credit! Plus they charge you a monthly fee! They give seniors a run around and NEVER take corrective measures. The company needs a New Competitor since they think they are the only game in town. Horrible service and fraudulent activity as mentioned. Short instacart stock today!
