After our 11 years of excellent design service without any complaint now we have 2 lawsuit from our clients because our website & clients website was down for over 1 month thanks to the unacceptable, unprofessional & dealing with incompetent Network Solutions Customer Service Staff, We were allowed to view all websites & upload files. After They closed six customer service tickets as being resolved when the issue was not resolved, we chose to solve our own problem by changing the web hosting company to www.hostmds.com. Now we feel deceived after we solve our problem hosting space; because Network solutions moved us to a new host space in they company and gave us 4 years free service the equivalent of $445.29 is like a candy for a baby for the damages they have caused to us and in our case we are negotiating to give 5 years of free design service to 4 of our customers affected by this problem This means more money lost to us and we will never be able to recover our 11 years excellent reputation. Absolutely Network Solutions the worst customer service company to deal with.
