Future Network Solutions LLC, aka Future Technology World Ordered Microsoft Office Professional online through their website, was given bogus product key Tampa Florida

I ordered Microsoft Office Professional through their website www.futurenetworksolutions.com .  The product key they gave me was not valid.  I informed them that the installation of the software did not work; was very difficult to connect with them after purchase but i finally got through on their live chat after 2 days of trying.   They apologized and indicated that they had inadvertently issued me a product code for Microsoft Visio products, and sent me a new email with a "new" product key and instructions, assuring me that I would have no further problems with the installation.  The "new" product key was exactly the same as the original bogus product key and of course did not work.
