Another one who did not do his homework.

I payed these people thru paypal and immediately saw that no download key or follow up was given.  Just an email saying the order was done. 

Then an email saying it was shipped.  Nothing about downloading.  Just a phone bot, meaningless runaround.  The address given appears to be a UPS store? 

Obviously I now have to wait for paypal to go thru their guidelines of trying to protect both seller and buyer.  30 days of waiting to see how they arbitrate this, and in the meantime Future Network Solutiions goes on trapping buyers with low prices and a very convincing website and several other sites that interconnect and are used periodically as they collect and provide nothing worthwhile, apparently.
