New Start Media LLC charged twice for a 3.75 x 7 double business card ad that was never even published Davenport Iowa

On March 8, 2016 we paid New Start Media by credit card for a double business card ad in a publication and were informed that we would receive a copy of the publication.  We never received a copy of the publication and to the best of our knowledge, the double business card ad was never published.On March 23, 2016 we paid New Start Media $449.50 again by electronic check in response to a duplicate invoice received. After several attempts to unsuccesfully contact New Start Media, on February 3, 2017 we wrote a letter requesting return of the duplicate payment.  We mailed a second request on March 13, 2017. As of August 16, 2017 we have received no response. Note that at this stage, we are not as concerned about the failure to publish the initial double business card ad for the publication that we never saw as we are about the refund of the duplicate payment. This is blatant fraud.
