night owl sp have no idea bought new cameras for home and from the first day there were problems Florida

1 camera did not record  2 took multple calls from them to fix that problem  about one month later . 3 recording stick did not record for very long   about two hrs before resetting   had to replace . 4 dvr failed in less than 3 months..  5 customer service thinks that i was trying to rip them off.. and made it very hard to get a hold of them after getting info them another agaent would change what the first one said and had to start all over again 6 TIMES TOTAL I WENT THROUGH THIS. finally they sent a return slip that i was not able to print out    i donot have a printer   and do not have one even close. finally got sent to florida for replacment hope i get one back.
