No Flame ECIG No clear terms Miama Beach Florida

My boyfriend just recently went to this site because it had popped up while he was checking his Wells Fargo account, figured it was safe because it was on Well's advertisements. Popped up saying he could get a discount on one of three items. He chose the ecig for 4.95. 

No where in the sign up did it say anything about monthly charges or a membership. He was recently charged with 109 to his card. We looked up the company on google and the first thing that comes up in the search is the website for it, second is the ripoff reports. Now that is sad. 

We have called countless times and all the say is they can cancel his account but since his charge of 109 is "valid" that it can't be refunded. Despite the fact that their return policy specifically says they give refunds. But then they said they will give him a 'special offer' and refund 40 percent of the money. We didn't accept that. They currently had NO supervisors available to talk to. So currently we are waiting to call back to get a supervisor and get his money back. 

I advise anyone who mistakenly orders this to keep calling and ask for a supervisor, don't believe any special offers they try to give you. In the terms and conditions they state a refund is available if you send it back within thirty days. You still have time you just need to pay for shipping. If he had known about the charges, he wouldn't have ordered it. It was not clearly on the sign up or the confirmation. You only read it in the Terms and Conditions. Get your money back!
