No flame ecig Dishonest, scamming, no product, cheap product, stealing company Miami Beach Florida

I got the introductory package from Ecig and thought it would be a great way to quit smoking. They take an awful lot out of my bank every so often, over $200 to date. $39.62 , $39.62 , $69.62, $99.67,$69.62, and the original $4.95. 

I have filed reports and called and emailed the company and get ignored.

There is nothing on the website where to get help. The only way I got their number was through my bank. No matter what time I called they are closed or all customer service people are busy.

I am on a fixed income and cannot afford these sorts of charges. It would have been nice to know this up front.

Have tried several times to cancel using their email address:info@ecigcustomerservice.come but no answer yet.

Like I said I am on a fixed income and would like to have my money back
