North Americas Readers Choice Said I owed money for Magazines , 30 months of $50 very persistent El Paso Texas

This magazine company called yesterday, I told them I did not want any or I would not pay for any and was not getting any. She transferred me to another Lady said I did this over a year ago . I am not paying but she said I had to pay and recorded me and I had to saw yes to her questions, and I have to pay $49.90 a month for 30 months. I told her I did not agree and did not agree. She said I have to. I called my credit card people they have to wait until the company tries to take the money out then dispute it.  I can't pay this I live on social security.    Please help.
