North Texas Tollway Authority NTTA Out of State Visitors rip off Texas

 We have visited Dallas once or twice a year for more than forty years.  The hotel where we always stay is on the Dallas Tollway. We always carried lots of change with us to pay at the toll booth baskets.  A few years ago that option was removed. We have to use the tollways to get where we are going. One month ago we received a bill for our tollway usage last year (October 2012).  Even though it was pretty expensive, we paid it.  Now this week we received another bill from two years ago (2011).  We have no alternative but to keep using the tollway and paying the penalty for not being a Texas resident.  This is a huge ripoff!! Out of state visitors should have some way of paying for use of the tollways without having to buy a toll tag to keep money sitting in  their accounts for us to use ONCE A YEAR.
