Norwell power systems lousy customer service lake havasu, Arizona

RUN run as fast as you can to another generator supplier!
I have tried to get an replacment generator from this questonable company since October and have had nothing but the runaround from them, they do not care about you once the check/card has cleared.
Yes I bought a generator from them and inspected it when it arrived, this being my first generator i looked as close as I could to it after open...ing the box (which showed no obvious damage), while the freight truck was there, not seeing any obvious damage while looking down at it I signed for it, it was late at night and I put the generator in the back to set it up in the morning, then when I took it out out of the box some plastic pieces fell out, they were from the air-cleaner housing that was broken, as I was down looking at the air cleaner location I noticed that the handle was pushed down on top of the gas tank and that the gas tank was dented.
After contacting Norwell all they said was I should not have signed for it and basically they were done with me and that I should contact the freight company and not bother them again.
If this is the way a company treats a customer that spends over a thousand dollars of hard earned money that they have to save to buy an item of this expence I feel sorry for them and can't wait till I hear of their going out of business due to customer service.
