RUN AWAY-The owner Cursed my wife out and called her every name in the book.If I was not battling Stage 4 Cancer I would have flown to LAKE HAVUSA , ARIZONA to NORWELL POWER SYSTEMS and slapped this Coward.They sent us a bad generator for our Motor Home.They waited past The 30 Day Onan warranty process so we could not file a claim with ONAN. Then after we did get ONAN behind us.They told us to have the Generator removed out of the Motor Home.Now We took out the bad generator.Installed this New BAD GENERATOR from Orwell.This cost $ 586.00 each time.They had us remove once to bring to get checked.They said it was Fine.BS. We brought to a CERTIFIED ONAN DEALER. They were good.Now it was back in The Motor Home.The unit was shot.Burnt cylinder and no rings left.Now ONAN and Metro Power Systems in Newark NJ told NORWELL Power Systems. " Hey Paul, and Sandy and Judy.This unit is cooked." " You are to take this unit back and refund all their monies, they do not want to do business with you and we ONAN and Metro will Install a New Unit for these poor people." This all went on from June until November.We had a whole summer with NO GENERATOR in our Motor Home.My son Races Motor Cross.We are in the Middle of Farmers Fields.No Power .No Hook Ups.No Air Conditioning.I am battling Cancer. NORWELL said , Judy , Sandy , " have the unit removed and crated ." So we had the Unit removed .Another $586.00 and Crated , another $ 156.00 with Crating and packaging.Bolting to crate.They had a confirmed UPS Tractor Trailer Curb Side Pick Up.Now this generator is in my Pick up truck for a week.The day comes for Pick Up. NO UPS .I wait all day. I call the Distribution Center. I speak to Paul at UPS, He said to me " I have no Idea, it say's to pick up today, I will send a Truck tomorrow. " I wait ALL DAY. By 4:00 I call Paul at UPS. He say's to me , " Pete I am So Sorry, I received a Fax at 8:00 am from Judy at NORWELL POWER SYSTEMS  telling UPS to Cancel Pick up and do not pick up now or in the future." Dis Regard Customers Request even if he says he will pay.Which I tried.They refused .UPS told me NORWELL will refuse to take the Unit Back.THIS IS JUST MALICIOUS, VANDICTIVE and EVIL. I tried calling , pleading, e mailing.I have all the E mails.Of them saying we are picking up remove and Crate.Up to the week before.I went back to ONAN and Dennis from ONAN.They said , we hate to tell you this.You have to put the unit back in the Motor Home.Bring the Motor Home with the Generator Installed.We want to make sure it is not something with the Motor Home." Understandable .I agreed.Another $ 596.00 + uncrossing .We paid $ 5666.00 for this unit,When I swath price I was worried.They were the Cheapest .NO The Cheapest is ALWAYS the MOST EXPENSIVE. So $5666.00 plus the generator in and out 4 times at $ 586.00 plus crating and un crating.We spent over $ 3486.97 in Installing.Then Removing and driving the coach around Gas and tolls and Missed work.My wife and I would have to both miss to drop Motor Home off and get home.It always stayed at the Repair Facility for a week.So we spent over $ 10,000.00 for a burnt generator.The Owner of NORWELL and The workers were MALICIOUS. Owner cursed my wife out.Vulger , just Vulgar language . In the End.ONAN and METRO Power in Newark, found the Unit to be Smoked.Cooked like it was a returned unit or used and prettied up.ONAN put a Brand New Unit in . NO CHARGE. SO Onan Thank You. Metro in Newark Thank You . ORWELL POWER SYSTEMS and GENERATORS..****** you are the worst most un-professional company.rudest, scrupulous, vindictive , and just immortal group of people on the planet. I would buy from The Leader of North Korea before I bought a Bolt from you.That would probably be bent and stripped also.ANYONE READING THIS.This is a TRUE STORY. ORWELL RUN AWAY FROM NORWELL.THEY SELL  what they call Seconds or Generators with Flaws.That is why they are $ 300.00 - $400.00 cheaper.All their units are Seconds .Meaning they have some kind of deficiencies or flaws. Stay AWAY Far Away...
